Thanks to numerous computer hardware woes, I will be mostly offline for the next ... several weeks to a month?  I shall of course cadge computer time from friends and libraries liberally, but my presence will be much briefer and less predictable.

I hope you get your computer woes worked out. It's no fun to be cut off from the internet, but you're also a writer, so that's an extra suck there. (Unless you don't mind writing the old fashioned way, of course.)

I don't mind writing longhand at all, actually. My wife finds it easier to edit me while she's typing up a handwritten page, os it works out nicely. But I do mind not being able to research on wikipedia!
