Pennies On Your Eyes Redux.

Ugh.  Now comes the moment of truth:  Do I spend $45 on tax software, or do I just go to the library, pick up my 1040, and do it the old-fashioned way?  I've spent my whole week planning to sit at a friends' apartment and do it all with H & R Block software, but then their little pop-up with the pricetag appeared and I was possessed of the sudden urge to do my taxes longhand.

Petty Bourgeoisie problems, bro.  (Hopefully this is a less problematic meme than "first world problems" and anyway, it's much more fun to say out loud.  And more likely to become a thing than "French the Llama!"  Say it with me!)

Also, how much money do I have to make from writing in a year before I can start writing notebooks off as an itemized deduction?

--Debated the etymology of the word hypocrisy and whether or not hypercrisy is a thing.

--Did not finish my taxes.

--Taught someone the words to both "Schadenfreude" and "Dem Jeans."

--Discovered a brand of medical products with humorous labels, all named "Help I (Cut Myself/Burned Myself/Can't Sleep/Have a Headache/Your Ailment Here)."

--Described my upcoming webcomic project in 141 characters:  who wants to read a webcomic about a band of polyamorous treasure hunters: 3 w dark secret pasts & 1 who runs around making airplane noises?
