What do you do about writer's block?

Because at this point, I'm willing to try just about anything to cure my epic lazy brain. Suggestions? Writing prompts, even? No guarantees, but if I *can* write it, I will.

A friend of mine who writes gag comics will sometimes hit the "random page" link on Wikipedia a few times to try to find some interesting tidbit to work off of...

Get a schedule. Refuse to do something you like until you do write. Try writing in another language (so you lower your own expectations and feel more free). Try turning an anecdote someone tells you into a story (RPF! :D).

And do not stress about the block. I suspect it works like insomnia.
