I would just say 'this icon is no longer accurate,' but this icon, while it is usually a good likeness, is also five years old, so...

ANYWAY, in preparation for Halloween, I have become clean-shaven, which is very alarming and traumatic.  And, at the moment, frustrating, because for some reason LJ won't keep me logged in when I try to upload photos to my scrapbook, making the process impossible.  So, we're going to try to circumvent that and post the damned things anyway, linking from my facebook album...

In other news...

... just read Dead Until Dark, which had me giggling, and watching Season 1, Disc 1 ofTrue Blood, with which I was neither over- nor under-whelmed.  It was okay?  Decent?  Enjoyable?  But it didn't grab me so hard that I need to watch the rest right now.

Next on my Netflix queue:  Six-String Samurai and Were the World Mine.
