Hmm, it's still not happening to me, and I'm using Firefox as well, albeit the Irish-language version. I'm running NoScript, but I doubt that's anything to do with it.

LJ is currently claiming to me that http://pics.livejournal.com is a URL that does not exist, which may have something to do with it.
