Yes, it is a real holiday and no, I am not making this up. I forgot about it, though, which means I need to scramble so I can post some sort of fiction for you-all to read, 'cause that's how this holiday goes.

What are people in the mood for?


In possibly related and possibly unrelated news, I gave in and wrote the first scene of An Aspiring Tyrant's Cookbook this morning. It needs to be scrapped and reworked before its sheer badness depresses me, but it's moving in the direction I want it and it's wordcount, so it still kinda counts as a win.
