Making quota.
Jan. 14th, 2010 12:36 pmBy my count, I have to make four posts with some sort of substance today to get up to the posting frequency I resolved to have on New Year's. I certainly have a wide variety of subjects I could talk about, but I don't know if they'll all resolve themselves into bloggable updates. We'll see.
I'm similarly behind on writing right now - lots of research and plotting, no real action. But if I posted every time that was the case... well, I'd have no trouble making quota, but you folks would get bored pretty quickly, I think.
SO: one of my goals this year is to get a lot of short stories written, and I am almost always pleased by the way I rise to the challenge at Yuletide. So I would like you, O My Friendslist, to give me one of two things: the names of ficathons or challenges you think I should join, or a prompt that you'd like to see me hang a short story off of.
