Yesterday was a very blah day.
Feb. 9th, 2011 12:35 pmGot started on the wrong foot -- something trivial upset me in the morning, and though by evening I was having a good time it put me off my stride. No blogging, no writing, :-(. Only the second day I've fallen behind on either, and y'know, I'll catch up. It's okay to have bad days now and then.
Once Megan does her initial read-through and edit of Chapter Eight of The Hellion Prince, I'll be posting it. Nine and Ten are very close to done as well, so hopefully they'll follow inside a week or two.
Eleven has two orphaned half-scenes, so it will take... somewhat longer.
Anyway, I think I am at the low point on my biorhythms, or whatever. I've had a remarkably sulky sort of week, though not quite my seasonal fit of antisocial hatred and gloom. I've talked about that particular cycle before, right? Three months of oppressively good cheer and optimism followed by three days of glowering, tantrum-throwing (you know, like, maturely, though), inexplicable crying, and so on and so forth. And then I feel fine again, completely normal and ready to take on the world.
