Day 4 without a phone.

So this Monday, my cell phone charger stopped working.  It's the same charger I have had for over a year, since I got the phone, but this time, when I plugged it in, it said "unauthorized charger" and refused to actually charge the phone -- though the phone stayed on and working as long as it was plugged in.  I took it down to the Verizon store the next day, and they claimed it was working fine... not the case.  I tried other electrical sockets in the house in case just one was the problem, but it was not so.  And in the process of testing, I used up the last dregs of battery power, so now my phone will not even switch on.

Going in tomorrow to another store (one with more competetent tech guys with better listening skills) to try to get it fixed again.
