Nothing yet today, but I've been quasi-productuve.  Trying a new stew recipe for dinner, which i will share if it works.  Watching lots of Criminal Minds.  In about an hour, I'm going to go see the probably-awful Three Musketeers movie with some friends, then finish up a one-shot we started in Bismarck.

Movie Review.

Three Musketeers was marvelously, delightfully bad.  The alarming thing is that, even counting the steampunk elements, this was the most faithful adaptation of the book I have ever seen.  The acting is hammy as Hell, but carries with it the earnest sincerity of camp; the writing is trite and cliched; the plot twists that move away from the book mindless and contrived.  It was two hours of steampunk action that followed the general synopsis of the original novel.  I loved it.
