Random fiction post!

Because I cannot think of any subject to post about right now - my allergies are all cleared up, but it's too damned hot to think, and likely to get hotter throughout the week - and because I'm already eight posts behind: Fiction!

There's No Rainbow Bridge Across The Generation Gap is the story of the Norse god Loki waking up in the present day and dealing with culture shock as he choreographs Ragnarok. It's also the most commented-on piece I have ever written, and was more sheer fun to write than almost anything I've ever done (The Hands-On Approach was just barely more enjoyable). I used to sulk that it got so much more attention than Non Omnis Moriar, which I think is technically the better piece, and more representative of the kind of thing I usually write, but... eh. Honestly I'm just glad of the attention!

As always, giving me feedback of any kind, and especially concrit, (on anything I've written), will earn you my undying love and gratitude. I'm easy to please; tell me what you think!!

Hmm. I'm pretty sure that we don't share any fandoms? At least ones we've written in... (feel free to correct me)

And my brain might explode if I try to read original fiction on a computer right now, but consider this an IOU.

I've written in Harry Potter (but not in years), FMA, Dracula, Norse mythology (if that counts), Greek mythology (ditto) (olympus_high), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, City of Bones, Dark Tower, Arthurian Legend, Naruto, and um, that appears to be it - but the only fandoms I've written multiple stories in are Naruto and HP.

I could swear I've written Avatar fic too, but if so I can't find it.

Yeah... I'm skirting on the edge of Greek myth fandom, but that's about it at the moment. *whistles*

Well, technically we've both written in Buffy and HP... and if you count a one-off flashfic of Norrington/Squid, I've written Pirates too...
