One request, and one piece of news, and that may be all I've got today.

First off - a friend of mine is putting together a Luna Lovegood costume, and isn't certain of where to look for Spectrespecs and a Quibbler. I happen to know, friendslist, that you contain not a few cosplayers and a wide variety of creative folk with quirky bits of knowledge and active imaginations: any ideas?

Secondly, I finally finished writing Damarhis's sedition trial for The Hellion Prince, and will be typing it up soon - but today and tomorrow are very busy for me, so I expect I won't post it until Wednesday. Anyone who'd like to be added to the reading filter, let me know!

Oh! Yeah, the self-publushed one, right? If she wants, she should be able to make one by printing off a bunch of news article type things and then glue 'em together or something to create the magazine, oooor she could design and make a 'book cover' for one that already exists! For extra awesome, make it a copy of weekly world news.


As for the glasses, you can get good pairs of stage glasses to modify at pretty much any theatrical or costume shop!

XD I'm the friend. That's a great idea for the Quibbler! I'm gonna take a peek around and see what might make a good cover.

The glasses are kinda funny shaped, they have wing-looking things on the sides, but I'm keeping an eye out for something I can customize.

Yeah, I saw that, too. It's my stand-by, as I...well, I kinda suck at the whole DIY thing. I figure, worst comes to worst, I can have it printed at Kinko's and ask Jen to cut it into straight lines or something.
