Tacos and News.

3 tsp lime juice
3 tsp Smirnoff Triple Black (Lime flavored)
3 tsp salsa verde (I stole mine from Taco Bell), you can do better.
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp ground coriander
1 & 1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
I also took a container of storebought fresh pico de gallo and drained the liquid into the pan; if you do not have this, tomato juice and a little more cilantro and onion will do.
Slowly add in 1 lb ground beef, brown. Consume in taco form along with shredded cheese, sour cream, baby spinach, and fresh pico de gallo.
The recipe is secret only because
elf_amazon has a psychosomatic aversion to a couple of the essential ingredients -- she enjoys the tacos now but might not if she knew the Sekrit.
In other news, I finished the rough draft of Chapter Ten today; one brief editing pass and it should be ready to go up tomorrow evening sometime.
