matt_doyleThings have been a little too hectic here lately for me to compose my thoughts into coherent posts. Short on money and caffeine, both of which take a lot of time and energy to rectify, but I'm working on it. Think it'll be okay. Flood waters are due to crest this weekend at roughly the height of our parking lot, which will be... well, interesting is one word for it. No real worries as we live on the second floor, but still.
The Hellion Prince now has the same count as Running In Her Veins. Though RIHV is done, and THP only at about 35%. And I must be using longer words in Hellion Prince, because it's 17k words shorter despite having the same page count.
Still, that's 74,000 words of novel so far. At this rate I will just barely finish it by the end of the year. That would be... frankly amazing.
