matt_doyleBut not the Chapters Fifteen and Sixteen I promised you. No, this is just Fifteen, split in two because it was too huge to post on LJ. The former Chapter Sixteen, in its new guise as Chapter Seventeen, will be posted no later than Chapter Seventeen, after much wailing and gnashing of teeth as I fiddle with my outline to accommodate the split without adding to the total number of chapters.
As always, if anyone is interested in reading a dark fantasy novel about a snarky, semicompetent antihero and containing faeries, politics, and teenaged aristocrats behaving badly, comment to be added to the reading filter. But be warned that if you're added, there's an expectation that you will comment on what you read.
