Hm. I realize, looking at my post yesterday where I said that I wrote 1300 words, it sounds as though that is ALL I had written. No, that's what I wrote yesterday. It puts me up to a total of 6300, roughly 1,500 of which is destined for the cutting room floor (another 1,000 has already been snipped out), and my new estimate indicates the total length will be between 7500 and 13,000 words.

I really don't set out to write novellas. My Yuletide stories used to clock in much shorter...
